Bookings
To make a booking inquiry, please complete our online booking inquiry form, or phone or email to make a reservation. You can also check availability via our rental availability calendar.

Important notes
After availability has been confirmed, to secure a booking a deposit is payable via internet banking (preferred method) or credit card. Regardless of method of payment a current and valid credit card number must be supplied at the time of booking as per standard practice for accommodation bookings. We accept all major credit cards and payment can be made online over a secure SSL enabled server. For internet banking, Tiger Tamer Ltd bank details are Bank of New Zealand, Account No. 02-0874-0069033-000. Please ensure to add your surname as a reference.

Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel at any stage and Tigers Den is not able to fulfil the confirmed booking then you will be charged full tariff. However should Tigers Den manage to rebook for that period, only a 10% cancellation fee will apply and refund of deposit will be made.

Other Condtitions
For the comfort of all, our home is non-smoking in all rooms, but permitted outside.
No pets
Minimum Stay 2 nights

Tariff
High season: All of November, December, January and February, public and school holidays. NZ$600/night.
Minimum stay of 7 nights during high season.

Shoulder season: September-October and March-April. NZ$550/night
Minimum stay of 2 nights during shoulder season.

Winter: May, June, July and August. NZ$500/night
Minimum stay of 2 nights during winter season.

PLEASE NOTE: A mandatory fee for departure clean is $100 for 2 nights or less, or $150 for 3 nights or more in addition to the tariff.
