This two year old luxury holiday home overlooking the spectacular Waikawa Marina and Queen Charlotte Sound features a first class kitchen, granite bench, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and natural timber benches.
The spacious lounge is north facing to double glazed glass doors, opening onto a covered courtyard. The family-dining room opens to a covered balcony, all with a magnificent view of the marina, along with a new outdoor entertainment area with spa pool and barbeque.
The kitchen and lounge are equipped with heat pumps, and a log fire for winter. The lounge is fitted with a large LCD TV, surround sound home theatre, DVD and satellite TV.
Tigers Den has sleeping facilities for ten people. The master bedroom boasts a view of the marina, a walk in wardrobe, ensuite with shower and bath, plus its own LCD TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have new queen beds, and wardrobes. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twins that can be made into doubles. Bedroom 5 is also equipped with an LCD TV with built in DVD player for the kids. The guest bathroom has a vanity and shower.
The laundry has a new washing machine, dryer and beer fridge. Double garaging is available for use and there is plenty of space for offstreet parking for both vehicles and a boat. A study/office is available for your use, complete with computer, printer and broadband internet access.
Tigers Den is ideally located only 2km from Picton and is within easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants and of course all the boating facilities at your door step.
The property will be serviced after your stay. An off site manager is available for assistance if required.
By arrangement, guests may arrive or depart via helicopter landing directly at Tigers Den.
